Information You Give Us
We receive and store any information you enter on this Site or give us in any other way. While you are not required to give us any personally identifiable information to access this Site, in order for you to access certain specialized services, including but not limited to our free e-mail updates, you may be required you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. “Personally identifiable information or personal information” refers to any information that identifies or can be used to contact or locate you such as name, mailing address, phone number, email address, social security number, and account number. IP Addresses and Other Automatic Information

We may collect IP addresses for the purposes of system administration, to report aggregate information to our advertisers, and to audit the use of this Site. When you request a page from this Site, our servers log your IP addresses. As mentioned above, other information, including, without limitation, e-mail address, browser and time zone is also collected.
Information Collected by Our Third Party Vendors
If you purchase tickets to the LA Auto Show, or any other products or services offered or planned to be offered through this Site, you will be directed to a third-party vendor who may require you to provide personally identifiable information to complete the purchase. That third-party vendor will ask you to complete an order form that will request certain information from you, such as a credit card number and expiration date and general contact, billing and mailing information. They will use this information to complete the transaction that you have requested. If you visit a website that is linked to our Site to purchase products or services, or for any other reason, you should consult that site’s privacy policy before providing any personal information.
How is Information Used
We use personally identifiable information about visitors to this Site to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to statistically analyze Site usage, and to improve our content. We may also use information about your product preferences and interests in order to improve our site design and enhance your experience. We believe these uses allow us to improve this Site and to better serve you. You should also be aware that we may disclose specific information about you if required to do so by law, governmental request, process or court order or based on our good faith belief that it is necessary to conform or comply with such law, request or court order or to protect the users of our websites or the public. LA Auto Show may share any information with third-party service providers, advertisers, exhibitors or others. Survey data is used for internal marketing purposes and to better understand our prospect audience. Collected data may be sold or shared with a third party at any time. Collected data is stored in several 3rd party databases including but not limited to SurveyMonkey, Mailchimp, Facebook, Twitter, Google, Instagram and Dropbox, and is protected by security measures put in place by those services.
Potential survey respondents are identified and targeted via third party data collection services used in partnership with the Facebook Ads platform.

This Site contains links to other websites, including sites of third-party vendors, advertisers and exhibitors. We have no control over these websites. These other websites may send their own cookies to you, independently collect data or solicit personal information and may or may not have their own published privacy policies. Privacy for Children
We do not knowingly collect information from children thirteen (13) years of age or younger. If you are under thirteen (13) years of age we ask that you not provide or disclose any personal information to us, including your name, address or e-mail address. If you are a minor under the age of 13 years, please do not use this Site without the approval and supervision of your parents or legal guardian(s). Limitation of Liability
By providing us with any personal information you expressly and unconditionally release and hold harmless LA Auto Show® and Ansa Productions, Inc. directors, officers, employees, agents and other representatives from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the use and/or misuse of your collected personal information to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the use and/or misuse of your collected personal information by us or third-party services providers we use.
Notification of Changes and Acceptance of the Privacy Policy
By using this Site, you assent to the terms of our privacy policy. If you do not agree with this privacy policy then you should not use this Site. We may modify, amend or otherwise change this privacy policy from time to time. Your continued use of this Site after changes have been made to this privacy policy shall constitute your assent to the revised privacy policy.

The Google Analytics features LA Auto Show has implemented are based on Display Advertising (e.g., Remarketing, Google Display Network Impression Reporting, the DoubleClick Campaign Manager integration, or Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting). Visitors can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads using the Ads Settings. LA Auto Show uses Remarketing with Google Analytics to advertise online. Third-party vendors, including Google, show your ads on sites across the Internet. LA Auto Show and third-party vendors, including Google, use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) together to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on someone’s past visits to LA Auto Show’s website. LA Auto Show and third-party vendors, including Google, use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookies) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) together to report how LA Auto Show’s ad impressions, other uses of ad services, and interactions with these ad impressions and ad services are related to visits to LA Auto Show’s site. LA Auto Show plans to use data from Google’s Interest-based advertising or 3rd-party audience data (such as age, gender and interests) with Google Analytics for communication purposes including news, offers and specials related to LA Auto Show events, offers, sponsors and partners.

California Privacy Rights
This Section applies to the use of the Site by Users located in the State of California. This section documents compliance with applicable California state laws that may apply to Users of the Site in California, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, California Civil Code §§ 1798.100 et seq. (“CCPA”), California Online Privacy Protection Act of 2003 (“CalOPPA”), California Assembly Bill 1584 (“AB 1584”), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) – AB 375. Effective January 1, 2020, the California Consumer Privacy Act California Civil Code §§ 1798.100 et seq. (“CCPA”) provides California residents with specific rights regarding their Personal Information. This section describes User CCPA rights and explains how to exercise those rights. The CCPA can be reviewed at oag.ca.gov/privacy/ccpa. In this section “User” or “Users” refers to California residents. Under the CCPA Company is required to disclose categories of sources from which LA Auto Show® collects Personal Information, and the third parties with whom we share such information. We are also required to communicate information about rights Users have under California law, such as:
Right to access Personal Information. [CC § 1798.100] Users may be entitled to receive the specific pieces of User Personal Information we hold.
Right to data portability. [CC § 1798.100] Users may be entitled to receive a copy of User electronic Personal Information in a readily usable format.
Right to disclosure. [CC §§1798.110, 1798.115] Users may be entitled to receive information regarding the categories of Personal Information we collected, the sources from which we collected Personal Information, the purposes for which we collected and shared Personal Information, the categories of Personal Information that we sold, the categories of third parties to whom the Personal Information was sold, and the categories of Personal Information that we disclosed for a business purpose in the 12 months preceding the User request. In the 12 months preceding July 21, 2022, we did not disclose to any third party any categories of User Personal Information for business purposes or otherwise, including without limitation: identifiers, commercial information, electronic network and Internet activity information, geolocation data, or inferences about Users drawn from such data.
Right to deletion. [CC § 1798.105] Users may be entitled to request that we delete the Personal Information that we have collected from User. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor User requests in compliance with applicable laws. Please note, however, we may need or be required to keep such information, such as for our legitimate business purposes or to comply with applicable law.
Right to opt-out of certain sharing with third parties. [CC § 1798.120] Users are entitled to direct us to stop disclosing User Personal Information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. We do not currently disclose any User Personal Information to any third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. If we ever do disclose any User Personal Information to third parties, Users can exercise such right to opt-out by clicking on the link on our homepage titled “Do Not Sell My Personal Information,” which will direct Users to an Internet page that enables Users, or a person authorized by the User, to opt-out of the sale of the User’s Personal Information. Users between the ages of 13 and 16 must affirmatively authorize the sale or disclosure of any User Personal Information. For Users under the age of 13, a parent or legal guardian must affirmatively authorize any such disclosure. We do not require a User or consumer to create an account in order to direct us not to sell the User’s/consumer’s Personal Information. We will never monetize User Personal Information by providing it to a third party in exchange for money. The CCPA has a broader definition of the term “sell” which includes disclosing Personal Information to any third party for valuable consideration. We do not share any Personal Information with any of our advertising partners, nor do we disclose any cookie data to any third parties.
In addition, we are required to provide User certain information about the business and commercial purposes for which we collect and share User Personal Information. We may use or disclose User Personal Information we collect for the business purposes described in this policy, including but not limited to: processing payments, conducting research, detecting security incidents, preventing fraud, debugging and repairing errors, maintaining User account, providing customer service, and other activities to improve our service, market our services, and to understand how Users interact with our services.
Right to Non-Discrimination. [CC § 1798.125] Company fully supports User privacy rights and will not discriminate against Users for exercising any of User CCPA rights. If you exercise any of the rights provided under the CCPA, we shall refrain from the following activities: Denying goods or services to you; charging different prices for goods or services; providing a different quality of the good or service; or relaying to the consumer that she will receive a different price or quality of the good or service.
Exercising Access, Disclosure, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights

Privacy Portal
Only a User or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that User has authorized to act on User’s behalf may make a verifiable consumer request related to User Personal Information. Users may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of User’s child.
Users may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must: i) Provide sufficient information to allow us to reasonably verify User is the person about whom we collected Personal Information or an authorized representative of User; and ii) describe User’s request with sufficient detail to allow us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We cannot respond to User requests or provide Users with Personal Information if we cannot verify User’s identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Information relates to User. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require Users to create an account with us. We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.
